3. Main process introduction.
Degreasing: remove the uneven soap powder and borax, and paint a layer of soap powder and borax on the surface of bright steel wire, so that the surface coating of steel wire is more uniform.
Furnace: make the deformation hardening steel wire to restore the ductility, and obtain the ideal microstructure to meet the cost of steel wire in tensile strength, shape, elongation and other requirements.
Quenching: the heat-treated steel wire is cooled down from high temperature, and the water vapor quenching process is used to obtain strong strength and shaped sostenitic structure.
Pickling: remove all oxides and residues on the surface of the steel wire, and the clean surface is conducive to uniform coverage of the rear coating.
Copper plating: a layer of copper is uniformly plated on the surface of the steel wire, so that the subsequent brass is conducive to drawing.
Zinc plating: deposition of metal zinc on the surface of steel wire.
MF: the method of intermediate frequency heating makes the copper and zinc layers of steel wire diffused with each other to get brass. The effect of intermediate frequency annealing is to raise the surface of the steel wire to a certain temperature to make the zinc and copper mutually diffused.
Phosphoric acid wash: remove the zinc oxide produced on the surface of the steel wire in the intermediate frequency thermal diffusion stage, which is hard and not easy to deform. Too much zinc oxide will lead to broken wire in the wet drawing process.
