Fasteners Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Annealing Furnace
1. General
The furnace is applying the Taiwan technology, and optimize based on our experience. The mesh belt is driven by roller. The bearing to support the roller is using special high temperature sealed bearing. The mesh belt drive design has an abnormal conveying alarm device to ensure stable and reliable operation. Using CNG as clean energy and Nitrogen as protective gas.
Process flow: charge in →heating →slow cooling →cooling part 1 →cooling part 2 →discharge.
