2. Technological process of rack electroplating

racking→alkaline degreasing→electrolytic degreasing→water rinsing→pickling→water rinsing→zinc plating→water rinsing→bright dipping→water rinsing→passivation→water rinsing→hot water rinsing→drying→put down

 

3. Main process introduction

 

Alkaline degreasing:remove the oil on the surface of products
Electrolytic degreasing: further remove the oil on the surface of products to ensure the binding force of the coating .
Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of products and activate the product surface .
Water rinsing: clean the product thoroughly after the tank to avoid mutual contamination of the tank.
Zinc plating: the product is coated with a uniform coating.
Bright dipping:Remove the alkaline film on the surface of zinc layer and increase the brightness of zinc layer.
Passivation:increase corrosion resistance of zinc layer to prevent white rust during transportation.
Hot water rinsing:clean the surface of product and improve the temperature of the proucut itself
