Automatic Pipe Threading Machine - PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The automatic pipe threading machine can recognize the different diameter pipes automatically. The chuck will adjust itself to fit and clamp all size pipes, compared with traditional pipe threader, it can save much labour cost and achieve high speed pipe threading.

The threading dies are made of a special material and processed by heattreatment, the life span of our die can be up to 2000pcs pipes.

The machine are in higher precision than that of traditional on-site pipe threader, the threading teeth will be perfect and smooth. This ensure reliable pipeline connection in the water pipe construction project as well as the fire fighting pipeline building.

Within 3.9 seconds this machine can make one complete threads for diameter less than 50mm pipe, the speed is 10 times compared with a traditional on-site pipe threader.
