Annealing Furnace
I. Application
Electric heating bell type brightening annealing furnace is mainly used for the annealing of carbon steel welding wire, steel belts, and other steel structure; it's also widely used for the annealing in standard component, bicycles chains, instrument machinery and so on.
The RBG series brightening annealing furnace is a new type furnace which is on the basis of domestic and foreign advanced technology.
II. Characteristic of the furnace
1. Furnace base
Absorbing the advantage from different side, and combine with our own technical and update, lead to the furnace has a strong structure on both appearance or mechanical structure, and has a high bearing ability under the condition of high temperature.
2. Fan
Equipped with centrifugal two-speed circulation fan with good quality, have a long service life. Its electric motor have a reliable static seal, Can realize the conversion of speed at both low and high temperature automatic. Motor rotor dynamic balancing precision, smooth and no vibration when at high speed running, the protection gas is drafted by the centrifugal impeller, make the protective atmosphere is distributed evenly in the furnace.
3. Inner cover
Corrugated structure is used to the inner cover, with high strength, not easily to out of shape; Inner cover and the furnace base adopt the water-cooled silicone seal, have a good sealing performance. Increase the thickness of inner cover and flange, ensure the structure rigidity. There is sealing pads between motor and link mantelpiece flange, shield gas seal welding, to ensure the sealing requirements.
4. Electric heating cover
The heating cover adopts fiber brick and fiberboard as brasque, have a high heating efficiency, temperature rise fast, and good heat preservation performance, reduce the consumption of power source.
5. Cooling furnace
Equipped with water cooling and air cooling, improve the cooling efficiency, and reduce the time of working procedure.
6. Electrical control system
After the developing step by step, now the electrical control system of our company have the advantage of accuracy of temperature control, and unfailing performance.
7. Furnace control cabinet
Using copper platoon connection, which is easy to operation, convenient maintenance, and lower failure rate.
