3. Zinc Flux System
(1)Pad wiping system
Can be used for producing zinc coated thin steel wires; The steel wire enters between two wiping blocks, and the liquid zinc is squeezed and falls back into the zinc pool. The zinc layer can be controlled by adjusting the pressure between two wiping blocks with a bolt. Single end control for each steel wire, highly flexible. Immediately after wiping the block, the steel wire is directly cooled by the first layer of water, and then a cascade water cooling system completes the cooling steps. Effective cooling is crucial for the quality of steel wire, and the brightness of the wire can also be improved. Asbestos blocks are generally used for pad wiping.
(2) Oil charcoal fluxing
Traditional charcoal and oil are mixed, heated and dried, and then covered at the outlet of the steel wire, requiring regular cleaning and replacement. Generally required for medium thick coated steel wire.
