I. Features of Machine:

1) The machine consists of trough for cooling and circulation of drawing emulsion, gearbox, lubrication system, constant speed wheel

2) Drawing dies, round tower full immersed in drawing fluid when work, which can effectively improve the cooling effect and the working life of dies and round tower (drawing tank isolation tank with the gear handle, and do not string oil)

3) Annealing is a two-period process: preheating period and annealing period
 4) tower material: ZG45 steel, working surface is coated with antifriction alloy, HRC58-60, harden work face width shall be no less than 150mm, depth: >1mm, roughness ≥1.6Ra
