I.Process:
1. Double-station pay-off→mechanical descaling machine→sand-paper cleaning machine→front dry rubbing→10-capstan direct-drive wire drawing →tension frame→back dry rubbing→high-pressure hot water washing device→straight electrochemical copper coating→water washing tank after copper coating→ High-frequency drying → air cooling → polishing machine(skin-pass) → tension frame → spool take-up machine.

2. Laye winding machine: respooling the welding wire from the steel spool onto small plastic bobbin.

3. Drum packing machine: coiling the welding wire into a drum.
