Welding Wire Layer Winding Machine
 This layer winding machine adopts trace wire arranging principle, the layer wheel moving back and forth when winding, to reduce the bending of the welding wire, helping to ensure the raising distance of the finished wire. Layer process can be adjusted stepless, to adapt to a wide range of wire diameter.
Electric drive system:5.5kw AC variable frequency drive for wire take-up, 18.5kw variable frequency drive for active wire D630pay-off (27KW for D800 paf-off). The whole lay winding group are Constant wire-speed operation, can rise up and down freely. The tension of welding wire is constant when winding.  Adopt Frequency conversion The machine is stable and high efficiency.
Wire straightening drop automatic open type straightening device, when winding normally, the straightening device automatically Straightening wire through the cylinder; when need to take reversing, the straightening device is automatically opened by the cylinder, take-up machine reverse the coil initiative; reduce wire surface repeated indentation.
Automatic Weighing,automatic deceleration and stop.
