2. Technological process of production.
Pay-off→Cathode discharge oil→Anode discharge oil→Water rinsing→Pickling→Water rinsing→Tin or tin-lead alloy plating→Water rinsing→Neutralization→Water rinsing→Drying→Take-up
3. Main process introduction.
Cathode discharge oil: remove the oil on the surface of copper wire to ensure the binding force of the coating .
Anode discharge oil: same as the cathode discharge oil.
Pickling: remove the oxide from the surface of the copper wire.
Water rinsing: clean the wire thoroughly after the tank to avoid mutual contamination of the tank.
Tin or tin-lead alloy plating: the copper wire is coated with a uniform coating.
Neutralization:neutralize the acid on the surface of copper wire to prevent discoloration on the surface of the product.

4.Solution analysis
(1) Analysis of divalent tin content
1.1 Pipette 2ml of plating solution into a 250ml conical flask;
1.2 Add 100ml of deionized water and 20ml of 1:1 HCl;
1.3 Add 8 drops of starch indicator;
Titrate with 0.1N iodine standard solution to blue as the endpoint;
1.5 Calculate the concentration of divalent tin ions:
Sn2+(g/l)=V0.1N iodine solution (ml)* 2.97
(2) Analysis of Methanesulfonic acid content
2.1 Pipet 5ml of plating solution into a 250ml conical flask;
2.2 Add pure water to 100ml;
2.3 Add 8 drops of PAN indicator;
2.4 Titrate with 1N sodium hydroxide standard solution until it turns red, and record the milliliters of titration;
2.5 Calculation of free acid content:
ACID (g/l)=V1N sodium hydroxide (ml) * 19.2
