4. Detailed introduction:
4.1 Payoff stand
1) Dimension of Payoff (mm) : 300 * 300 * 650
2) Type: Over head
4.2 Main drawing machine
1) Type: slip type.18-die copper wire drawing machine
2) Body structure: Body welded from Q235 plate molding, via annealed to remove internal stress, then by precision milling machine.
3) Inlet wire position on the left side of machine body panel, with 6 inlet wire holes. Outside installation sump.
4) Shaft material by 40CrMo steel, quenched HRC25-27, to ensure removal of internal stress, and improve the rigidity of the workpiece, with the Department by grinding to ensure concentricity and roundness balance.
5) The machine drives transmission by flat belts.
6) Using spray ceramic Capstan, double slot 4 layers 4 units and final Capstan single layer one unit.
7) First eye mold as an independent mold,the 2nd to the 17st eyes mode are pig iron casting, the body is small, increasing the lead to take working space.
8) Capstan and lubrication of wire drawing dies, at the top install movable pipe joints, does not affect the threading operation.
9) The drawing emulsion trough is provided with doors made of stainless steel, which prevent lubricant from overflowing.

4.3 Annealing device
1) Type: vertical DC annealing, speed tracking automatically
2) Diameter of annealing inlet wire :Φ0.15mm-Φ0.5mm
3) Max linear speed of annealing: 20m/s
4) 3pieces-Diameter of annealing nickel-conducting ring: 200mm.
5) The stretching force of softening conductor is even and stable and reaches the international requirement of the stretching rate.
6) Annealing is a two-period process: preheating period and annealing period
7) Softening room is protected by steam with hand-operated pressure regulating valve.
The pressure of steam: 0.2Mpa
The dosage of steam: 15kg/h
8) Equipped with air-drying device which is hand-operated.
Working pressure: 0.6~0.7 Mpa
Flow quantity: 300 L/min
9) Annealing cooling adopts water circulatory cooling. Heat exchanger is cooled by the wire.
Flow: 25 m³/H
Working pressure of water: 0.2-0.4 Mpa
4.4 Φ250Double take-up
1) Spooling bobbin size: PND200~PND280

4) 90W Belt-type synchronous motor cable, stability and fast response.
5) Traverse pitch is fixed.
6) Arm cushion detection, automatic correction coiling, tension can be adjusted according to wire diameter.
7) Uniaxial Quill nut is fixed spool.
8) Brake is pneumatic butterfly type.
