LPG Cylinder Annealing Furnace
I. Features of Furnace:
1) Host computer distributed control system:
The centralized machine distributed control, combined with Siemens PLC and Guangzhou Shineng burner controller, realizes manual and automatic integrated control; according to the user's product shape and heat treatment process requirements, various mechanical and electrical control actions are passed. The hardware and software of the control system are modular, intelligent and simple; at the same time, the system design considers the future expansion, upgrade, and convenient transformation, and greatly provides the flexibility of the control structure; each component is imported or nationally famous brand products, further improved System reliability and equipment security.
2) High-speed burner:
Adopting advanced energy-saving Guangzhou Shinengya high-speed burner and control valve parts, with advanced temperature control system and overall industrial control system to ensure the economical operation, safety and stable realization of heating process.
3) Energy saving:
The heat treatment furnace lining insulation material adopts the 1260 type fiber folding block furnace lining structure, and the furnace wall thickness is 300 mm. Insulation performance index: Under the working conditions of the highest service temperature, the temperature of the furnace wall and the top of the furnace (including the burner and the outer wall of the pipeline) is within the domestic advanced standard range, and the temperature rise of the outer wall of the furnace wall is ≤40 °C.
4) Temperature uniformity:
* Heat treatment furnace temperature uniformity: the deviation δ of each point during the heat preservation period in the effective working area of the furnace is: δ≤±10°C;
