Product Description

 

I. Work flow:
The loading bracket is loaded with aluminium wire bobbins and then conveyed to the trolley by forklift. Furnace door is electrically lifted up, the trolley conveys aluminim wire bobbins into heating furnace, furnace door is then electrically lifted down and locked tightly. The hot air circulation fan is started and run according to preset process curve automatically, completing the heating and heat holding process. After the heat holding process finishes, the heating power is turned off. The furnace door is lifted up and aluminium wires would be cooled inside furnace. After about 2- 3 hours, the circulation fan is closed, and the feeding and unloading mechanism pulls aluminium wires out. Then it begins the next shift of annealing. With this process, it's able to work 3 shifts (8 hours one shift) per day.
