2. Furnace composition
2.1 Pay off:
Turntable rotary line: The turntable has a damper brake. The brakes or the block are used, and the spring is tightly adjusted. The double row is arranged in a splayed shape, the center of the disc is provided with a positioning cone, and the middle of the two discharge lines is provided with a splitter combing frame to ensure that the pay line is not mess.
2.2 Electrolytic pickling tank
Used to remove the wire drawing powder attached to the surface of the steel wire before annealing to increase the quality and brightness of the wire after annealing.
2.3 Gas combustion system:
The burner is 10 silicon carbide, imported proportional valve release valve, 10 integrated electric actuators, 20 copper valves, 10 fine-tuning dampers, complete set of gas pipelines, and help hot air ducts. Exhaust heat recovery preheating piping
2.4 Heating tubes
The number of furnace tubes is 40 pcs, the tube diameter is 20mm, tube thickness is 3 mm, the length of the tube is 10.2 meters, and the material of the furnace tube is S.S. 310S.
2.5 Cooling tank
It adopts flat plate pressure and leakage proof fastening; it includes furnace tube water pipe connection casing; hydrogen shunt switch device; casting tail wheel and other configurations.
2.6 Wire take up
The winding speed is 1-30 meters per minute, and the receiving range is 0.8MM---2.5MM. The take-up machines are equipped with 1.5KW motor and WP special speed reducer. The cable is equipped with a motor-specific reducer.
