2. Furnace specification:
The furnace is cylinder shape design, which looks beautiful and elegant. The furnace shell is steel welded structure, and the high quality silicate aluminum refractory acupuncture blankets is used to form the furnace lining, double side heat preservation.
3. Furnace composition
3.1 Furnace body:
The furnace shell is 6mm steel plate welded, formed steel construction strengthening. The bottom adopts special shaped steel brick, accurate fitted with the furnace shell, extending the service life. The shell surface processes polishing and derusting treatment, printed undercoat and finishing coat.
3.2 Furnace pot:
The pot body material adopts 321stainless steel, with 8mm thickness, corrugated shape body. The bottom adopts ellipsoidal head, 12mm thickness, no oxidation corrosion and heat resistance of 1100ºC.
3.3 Control cabinet:
1) SCR controlling
2) Intelligent meter display
3) Operating parameter setting
4) Over temperature alarm device.
