Copper Wire Drawing Machine with Annealer
I. Features of Machine:
1) The machine consists of trough for cooling and circulation of drawing emulsion, gearbox, lubrication system, constant speed wheel
2) Drawing dies, round tower full immersed in drawing fluid when work, which can effectively improve the cooling effect and the working life of dies and round tower (drawing tank isolation tank with the gear handle, and do not string oil)
3) Annealing is a two-period process: preheating period and annealing period
II. Main Technical Parameters:
This machine is composed of vertical pay-off, pointing machine, copper wire drawing machine, continuous annealing device and double D500 spool take-up.
1. Vertical pay-off: With the firmly cantilever structure, the overall height can reach above 4m.
2. Wet-type wire drawing machine: it consists of gear box, machine frame(tower wheel, guide pulley and drawing die support) and motor. Drawing type: one-side drawing. Cooling type: water immersing and spraying.
3. Continuous annealing device: it is including transmission structure, guiding pulley, conducting wheel and electric brush structure, steam generating compartment, cooling compartment and absorb & blow unit. The conducting ring is made from high-quality pure copper. The surface of the pulley is sprayed with carbon tungsten, which ensure a high hardness to prevent the copper wire from abrasive. Annealing flow: pre-heat-annealing-drying.
4. Double D500 spool take-up: it includes 2 sets of main shaft transmission system, pneumatic clamping device, wire arranging unit, catching, cutting and press wire for replace the full spool with a empty one.
