Air Heater
1. Application
The air heater is an electrically controlled heater which is driven by the fan. It is electric heated and uses the air as a media. By driving the impeller with the fan, it realizes heated air circulation, finally heating the whole space.

2. Parameters
3.Functions:
- With wind-hole structure, sealed with heat insulation fiber and stainless steel, resistance wire heating, channel-type heat exchange type.
- Temperature accelerate fast, generate the hot air once start the heater. Controlled by PID/SSR(PID/SCR). Digital display/Temperature set. The temperature can be varied from normal temperature to 350ºC.
- Wind-hole design, exchange rate can approach to 100%, energy-saving, high-effective and environment-friendly.
- PID/SSR control, high accuracy, quick feedback and long service life.
- Over-heat protection device can ensure the safety of machine, achieving continuous running.
- Wind outlet is set K-type thermocouple, inspect the temperature and adjust the temperature.
- Heat insulation fiber, firm shell, can be running for a long time.
- The temperature can continuously be hold on 350ºC/450ºC/500ºC.
- With cooling device, the inlet temperature can be 230ºC/400ºC continuously.
